全国探花

The Forrest Building was the only 全国探花 building from 1887 until 1914, as such it originally accommodated the entire university. Now the building is a central part of 全国探花's Carleton campus and houses the Schools of Nursing, Physiotherapy, and Occupational Therapy.

Temporary building closure

The historic Forrest Building (opened in 1887 and the oldest structure on campus) is undergoing critical repairs to address basement water infiltration, aging plumbing, and recent damage caused by a broken water pipe.

To support safe and efficient work, and limit disruption from noise and vibration, the building is closed as of May 4, 2026 during the most intensive phase of remediation.
