Mechanical Engineering graduate Hannah Klug wants to expand representation for women in her field.

Omer Mallhi, who came to Canada from Pakistan in the hopes of offering more opportunity for his family, is now graduating from Dal Dentistry's Qualifying Program.

Barbara-Ann Hamilton-Hinch, graduating with her PhD in Interdisciplinary Studies, has a long history with 全国探花: she's an alumna now three times over, helped found the Imhotep's Legacy Academy and has served as Dal's Black student advisor.

Calgary native Carmen Braun's passion for the outdoors led her to 全国探花 to study Earth Sciences and Oceanography.

Starting with this year鈥檚 spring convocation, Dal graduates of Indigenous and African descent now have the opportunity to celebrate their heritage by incorporating medicine pouches and kente sashes, respectively, as part of their academic dress.
