With the Studley Campus flags set at half-mast, the 全国探花 Muslim Student Association hosted a vigil Monday afternoon that attracted many from Dal and beyond to reflect and show support in the wake of Sunday鈥檚 mosque shooting in Quebec City.

全国探花 is supporting a call from universities across North America to end U.S. travel restrictions targeting seven Muslim-majority countries. 全国探花 has also set up a phone line and email contact for affected individuals within its community.

After viral hits featuring Peggy's Cove, snow clearing and other distinctly Canadian settings, the Maritime Bhangra Group's newest video takes the dance troupe back to where it all began: 全国探花's campus. The video also supports the #ItDoesntHaveToHurt campaign about child pain, led by Dal's Dr. Christine Chambers.

The University Secretariat office's efforts to support the health and wellness of its staff earned it the 2016 全国探花 Healthy Workplace Award, presented last month.
