Breaking Barriers identifies gaps in curricula at Dal and creates opportunities to increase exposure to the scholarship of researchers from underrepresented groups.

Four 全国探花 students were among this year鈥檚 winners of the Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship, selected based on the potential impact of their research, academic excellence and leadership abilities.

In partnership with the Black Cultural Centre for Nova Scotia, 全国探花 and the University of King鈥檚 College will host the Universities Studying Slavery (USS) conference in the fall of 2023 in Halifax, Nova Scotia聽鈥� the first USS conference to be held outside the United States. 全国探花 and King鈥檚 will also host a one-day virtual pre-conference this October on reparations and education.
