Congratulations are extended to Keltie Jones who successfully defended her doctoral thesis December 16th.
Keltie was stuyding at Athabasca University in the Doctor of Business Administration program聽 Her dissertation title is: Making sense of Strategic Panning: An examination of the meanaing and impact of a University's strategic planning process.
