A new Project Management Essentials course is being offered on campus through a partnership between the Extended Learning team and the College of Continuing Education.
The course provides new project managers and project team members the essential tools they need to deliver successful projects. It’s most suitable for individuals who are responsible for managing smaller projects, and who are participants on a project team of any size, especially those who have not yet been exposed to the tools, techniques and terminology of formal project management.
